William "Bill" Edward Weston

William Edward "Bill" Weston, 60, a lifetime resident of Buffalo, Kansas, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Via Christi-St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita. He was born January 27, 1955 in Chanute, Kansas to Eloyce (Bishop) Weston. He served in the United States Navy. Bill was the owner and operator of his own trucking company, and was currently leased to Vic Adams Inc. of Yates Center, Kansas. Bill was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Yates Center. His hobbies included woodworking, NASCAR, football and spending time with his grandkids. His survivors include: One son: Adam (Tanya) Weston of Topeka, KS His father: Jim McAdams of Buffalo, KS Sister: Beverly (Randy) Ruse of Humboldt, KS Grandchildren: Bradyn & Addyson Weston He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his mother, Eloyce McAdams; sister, Nola Weston; and brother, Fred Weston. Graveside services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, March 6, 2015 at the Buffalo Cemetery with Lloyd Houk officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. Memorials have been established in Bill"s name with Toys for Tots and Fredonia Regional Health Care Foundation and contributions can be sent to or left at the funeral home.
