William "Bill" D. Hanson

William “Bill” D. Hanson, age 67, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Cherryvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on February 20, 1952, to parents William Hanson and Gilda (Frease) Hanson in Kansas City, Missouri. William graduated from Washington High School in Kansas City, Kansas, in 1970. He then went on to attend Baker University as well as two technical schools.
Bill worked for Rockwell Collins in Wichita, Kansas as an avionics technician for many years.
He enjoyed playing guitar and singing.
William is survived by his siblings, Lois Stagner of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Dan (Louann) Hanson of Carey, North Carolina, Kathy (Leon) Linnebur of Cherryvale, Kansas, nephews and nieces, Shane Linnebur, Kember Stagner, Joshua Hanson, and Tricia Linnebur.
