Rebecca Hubbard Whiteside

Rebecca (Hubbard) Whiteside, 89, of Wichita, Kansas passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Victoria Falls Care Center in Andover, Kansas.
Rebecca Hubbard Whiteside was born October 5, 1929 at Grenola, Kansas the daughter of George Hubbard and Mary McCollum Hubbard. She grew up in Fredonia, Kansas and moved to Wichita in 1952.
On April 30, 1949 in Fredonia she was united in marriage to Lester Whiteside and he preceded her in death November 30, 2005.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed flowers, camping, traveling and fishing with her husband.
Survivors include her children, Sandra Ruppert and her husband Bill of Wichita, Kansas, George Whiteside and his wife Kala of Valley Center, Kansas, Ruth Whiteside-Wright and her husband Dennis of Neodesha, Kansas and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, James, Vernon, Lloyd, Floyd Hubbard and 2 sisters Billie Everly and Georgia Paul.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Neodesha City Cemetery, Neodesha, Kansas.
