Michael W. Birdsong

Michael W. Birdsong, 62, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Windsor Place in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Michael Wayne Birdsong was born October 3, 1956 in Independence, Kansas the son of Lloyd Birdsong and Doris (Norris) Birdsong. He grew up in Cherryvale and graduated from Cherryvale High School in 1974. He went on to further his education at Independence Community College and Pittsburg State University.

He worked as a Dry Wall Contractor (Birdsong Dry Wall) with his father for many years.

Survivors include his sister, Debbie Barron and her husband Andy of Cherryvale, niece and nephews, Melissa Wilson, Joey Barron and Chris Barron.

He was preceded in death by his parents, nephew, Adam Barron and niece, Heather (Barron) Fosnight.

Private Graveside services will be held in Harmony Grove Cemetery.
