Justin Lee Hannon

Justin Lee Hannon 71, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away on Monday, August 31 at 2pm at home surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born to James Hannon and Virginia (Burt) Hannon of Edna on August 5, 1955. Where he attended and graduated high school. He was the youngest of 3 children.

He later married Cindy Lee Hannon and they raised three daughters; Yolanda (Terry) Henning of Independence, Ginger (David) Hannon Ballew of Cherryvale, and Samantha (Mark Ellis) Hannon of Cherryvale. He ran his own drywall company for several years he also drove semi-trucks, worked at the painting center in Coffeyville and Midwest Plastics in Cherryvale.

Justin and Cindy later divorced and he never remarried. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Courtney Upton of Cherryvale, Chris Upton of Dennis, Amanda Upton of Oklahoma, Allen Ballew & Rebecca Ballew of Cherryvale, Austin Ballew of Springfield, Missouri, great-grandchildren; Hunter Bilby, Braylon Cobb, Evelynn Peters, Asteria Ballew, nieces; Summer Williams, Kandynce Williams, Telisha Thomas, Cameron Hannon Patton, Adam Hannon, great nieces and nephews; Dushane Lovley, Julie Rowan, Juniper Dylayn and Jacob Wickilund and many more loved ones. His dear friend Bill Barron and many more. He was loved by all and will never be forgotten. He was proceeded in death by his Mother Virginia, Father James, Brother Wade and sister Laura, and several aunts and uncles.

He enjoyed working on cars, doing drywall and enjoyed watching Texas Ranger.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Wickham Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas 67335.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 4, 2026, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the service at Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale.
