John C. Carter, 33, a resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico, died Friday, November 30, 2007 at his home. J.C. was the grandson of the late Johnnie and Norma Carroll and the nephew of Helena Dalton of Fredonia. Private family burial took place on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Fredonia City Cemetery. Timmons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
