Jarrod Lee Forman, 24, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas.

Jarrod was born on July 31, 2002, in El Dorado, Kansas. He was adopted by Lew Forman Jr. and Jasmin Forman.

Throughout his 24 years, Jarrod experienced a journey that was uniquely his own. Like every life, his was filled with moments, experiences, and challenges that shaped the person he became. Although his time on earth was brief, his life was meaningful and deserving of remembrance.

Every life tells a story, and Jarrod’s was no exception. His journey, though shorter than anyone could have imagined, was a chapter in this world that cannot be repeated. As his life is remembered, may there be reflection on the moments that mattered, the experiences that shaped him, and the value of a life that ended far too soon.

Jarrod’s life will be remembered with dignity and respect, honoring the years he lived and the story that was uniquely his.

A private graveside ceremony will take place at a later date.
