Eva Michelle Blevins

Eva Michelle Blevins, 43, a resident of Fredonia, Kansas died Monday, November 2, 2015 at her home in rural Fredonia. She was born April 4, 1972 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of David Arch and Carol Linda (Stinson) Blythe. She was a homemaker. On November 27, 1987, she was married to David Mark Traylor. To this union, four children were born, David Michael, Lorene Linda Michelle, Phillip Garrett and Jacob Mark. They were later divorced. On September 4, 2014 in Fredonia, she was united in marriage to Russell Scott Blevins. Michelle was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed buying and selling antiques and collectibles. Her survivors include: Her children: David Michael Traylor of Fredonia, KS Lorene, and husband, Ryan Tindle of Derby, KS Phillip Traylor of Austin, TX Step-children: Tiffany Blevins of Douglass, KS Angel Blevins of Douglass, KS Emily Blevins of Douglass, KS Parents: David and Shinta Blythe of Oregon Carol and Cleon Linton of Fredonia, KS Step-father: Orval Dean Bolinger of Broken Arrow, OK Brothers: David Clinton Blythe of Austin, TX Garrett Arch Blythe of California Grandchildren: Daniel Lee Tindle and Bailey Lynn Traylor She was preceded in death by her sister, Lynn Blythe. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, November 9, 2015 at the First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Ray Pile officiating.
