Clyde Phillip Selby, 75, a resident of Medicalodge of Eureka, Kansas, died Monday, February 4, 2008 at the Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka. He was born December 25, 1932 in Cambridge, Nebraska, the son of Pete and Harriett (Dawson) Selby. He was a retired self-employed plumber. Mr. Selby"s survivors include: One son: Donald Selby of Fredonia, KS Two daughters: Tammy McGaugh of Fredonia, KS Fonda Neese of Ashland, MS One brother: James Selby of Independence, KS Two sisters: Josephine Hayes of Springfield, MO Bertha Cook of Springfield, MO 15 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by one son, Larry Selby and one sister, Elizabeth June Selby. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, February 11, 2008 at Timmons Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will take place in the Fredonia City Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Mr. Selby"s name with American Diabetes Association and may be sent to the funeral home. Family condolences may be sent to www.timmonsfuneralhome.com.
