Wanda Jean Milner

Wanda Jean Milner, 78, a resident of Fredonia, Kansas, died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Golden Living Center in Fredonia. She was born March 3, 1930 in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, the daughter of Merle and Dana (Wilson) Fletcher. She was a homemaker. Wanda married Melvin Eugene "Ropey" Milner in Miami, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death May 19, 2000. Her survivors include: One daughter: Rhonda Grace Webb of Topeka, KS One brother: Bill Fletcher of South Coffeyville, OK Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Timmons Chapel with Rev. Jim Bell officiating. Burial will be in the Fredonia City Cemetery. A memorial has been established in her name with the Fredonia Avenue of Flags and may be sent to the funeral home.
