Joel Darrin Hull

Joel Darrin Hull, 42, a longtime resident of Altoona, Kansas, died Thursday, June 21, 2012 while at work. He was born February 25, 1970 in Coffeyville, Kansas, the son of Luther "Ed" and Brenda Kay (Hartsock) Hull. Joel was employed by Jeff Hull"s Paving in Altoona, where he had worked in the family business for more than 15 years. Joel attended the Church of God in Fredonia. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and fishing. His survivors include: Four brothers: Martin Hull of Coffeyville, KS Kevin Hull of Parsons, KS Jeff Hull of Altoona, KS Jason Hull of Altoona, KS Two sisters: Kimi Hull of Tulsa, OK Tracy Hull of Greenwood, AR He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Brenda Hull; and his grandparents, Warren and Dica Hartsock. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Church of God in Fredonia with Pastor Johnny Gray officiating. Burial will be in the Altoona Cemetery. Friends may call at Timmons Funeral Home on Tuesday, 10:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M., with the family receiving friends 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.
