Jacob Mark Traylor

Jacob Mark Traylor, 19, a resident of Fredonia, Kansas died Monday, November 2, 2015 at his home in rural Fredonia. He was born April 26, 1996 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the son of David Mark and Eva Michelle (Blythe) Traylor. Jacob was a 2014 graduate of Fredonia High School. His survivors include: His father: David Mark, and wife, Anne Traylor of Tulsa, OK His siblings: David Michael Traylor of Fredonia, KS Lorene, and husband, Ryan Tindle of Derby, KS Phillip Traylor of Austin, TX Step-sisters: Tiffany Blevins of Douglass, KS Angel Blevins of Douglass, KS Emily Blevins of Douglass, KS Grandparents: Jim and Paula Traylor of Crosby, MN Jolene and Tom Wood Hutchinson, KS David and Shinta Blythe of Oregon Carol and Cleon Linton of Fredonia, KS Step-grandfather: Orval Dean Bolinger of Broken Arrow, OK A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, November 9, 2015 at the First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Ray Pile officiating.
