Frances was a member of the Stony Point Christian Church."She was preceded in death by her son; Michael John Stacy in 1971 and two brothers; Bill Blair and Jerry Blair."Frances is survived by her husband of 54 years, Lewis Stacy of the home, son, David Stacy (Jennifer)-K.C.KS., daughter, Brenda Baker-Sheldon, MO., grandchildren; Courtney Mae Baker, Cody James Baker, brother; Larry Blair (Judith),2 sister in-law, Martha Blair and Irene Blair, many nieces, nephews and adopted children and grandchildren."The family will receive friends, 5:00-7:00 PM., Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the Mary Butler Meyers Funeral Home, 6300 Parallel Pkwy., Kansas City, KS. Services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, April 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
