Bryan Dean Key, Sr., 50, died Saturday, March 15, 2008, at his residence in Kincaid, Kansas. He was born December 28, 1957, in Fredonia, Kansas, the son of Ralph and Aline (Scannel) Key. On November 5, 1993, in Olathe, Kansas he married Jeanette Reynolds and she survives at the home. He was an machinist at Machine Laboratory, Inc. He had been an adjunct instructor at National University. He was a graduate of Fredonia High School, received a BS from Liberty University, a BS in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University and just three months shy of a masters degree. His survivors in addition to his wife, Jeanette are: Daughter - Deanna Key of Kincaid, KS Son - Bryan Key, Jr. of Hamilton, KS Sisters - Burma Borroughs of Kansas City, KS Bonnie Baron of Fredonia, KS Bernadine Pound of Fredonia, KS Betty Caylor of Parsons, KS Betsy Thornton of Webb City, MO Becky Kingsbury of Casterville, TX Bernetta Johnson of Nixa, MO He was preceded in death by four brothers " Ben, Billy, Barry, Bob and one sister, Brenda. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P. M. on Thursday, March 20, 2008, at Timmons Funeral Home in Fredonia, KS with Rev. Lloyd Houk officiating. Burial will be in Fredonia City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Timmons Funeral Home from 2:00 P.M. " 7:00 P.M. where the family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. " 7:00 P.M. A memorial has been established in his name with Kansas City Cancer Center and may be sent to the funeral home.
