Billie D. Kidd

Billie D. (Palmer) Kidd, 88 a lifelong resident of Fredonia, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020.

Billie was born November 26,1932 to Frank and Barbara (Atwell) Palmer. She grew up and
attended Fredonia schools.

On August 27, 1949 she married W.A. (Bill) Row and they were later divorced.

She married Henry W. Kidd on February 19,1979 and preceded her in death March 13, 1987.

Billie was a housewife, CNA caregiver and she also worked on the election boards.

Survivors include her children Robert (Bob) Row and wife Cathy of Fredonia, Kansas, Jack Row and wife Renee of Golden City, Missouri, Rose Mary Rhodes and companion Gary Voss of Carl Junction, Missouri, step daughter, Mary Jo Harbour of Manhattan, Kansas, 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Henry, parents, son W.A. [Bill] Row Jr., daughter, Margaret E. Row and granddaughter, Sara Sandvos.

Celebration of Life Graveside Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 9, 2020 at Fredonia City Cemetery with Mike Jeffers, officiating.

The register book can be signed from 1:00 P.M until 4:00 P.M., Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 510 North 7th, Fredonia, Kansas.
