Arthur "Ad" D. Johnson

Arthur D. Johnson “AD”, 61, of Independence, Kansas passed away November 22, 2022, at his residence.

Arthur Dewayne Johnson was born, June 12, 1961, in Independence, Kansas, the son of Franklin C. Johnson Sr. and Vinita J. (Pittman) Johnson.

AD attended and graduated from Neodesha High School in 1977.

He then went to attend Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology where he became an X-Ray Technician.  Arthur later became a Truck Driver and a Welder.

AD enjoyed playing golf, listening to Donny Miller Band and arrowhead hunting.

Survivors include his daughters, Amber Wright (Kevin Lee) of Carthage, Missouri, Brandi Johnson of Riverton, Kansas, Lacy Stoddard (John) of Des Moines, Iowa, Ashley Johnson of Carroll, Iowa,  brother, Franklin C. Johnson (Terrie) of Independence, Kansas, sister, Sondra Michelson (Kip) of Battle Mountain, Nevada and 7 grandchildren.

AD is preceded in death by his parents.
